The workshop will take place in the studio of Christine van der Heide in Enschede on the 28 th of March from 10:30 -15:30 cost (including all materials, bring your own lunch) is €75. A Japanese green tea “matcha” will end up the workshop.
During the basic course you will get an overview of the tradition and process of Japanese mulberry paper making. You will make Japanese mulberry paper on postcard size and A6 size using a prepared pulp solution.
The cards can be decorated with leaves,flowers, different fibres and and dip-dyed in Indigo and Kakishibu.
